What is the turnaround time?

Turnaround time to receive your order is usually 2.5-3 weeks, depending on the style and complexity of your order.

Once an order is placed, how long does it usually take until I get my awesome new gear, and how do I receive it?

Your order will ship via UPS or FedEx (whichever is less expensive). Team order ship for free to one location. Fanwear (online store orders) shipping is determined by the ship to address.

Are there any special things customers should know before they finalize their custom order?

Yes, here are some things to keep in mind:

  • All items are custom and therefore they CAN NOT be returned or exchanged.
  • Once you send your roster/sizes and pay the downpayment...No Changes Can Be Made.

What's the very first step I should take to order something custom, and what happens next until my order is placed?

Here's our custom order process:

  1. Fill out the form (Click any of the "start" links)
  2. We will get to work mocking up your logo/design base off of the info you provide.
  3. We will email you a size chart for you to get sizes and put together your roster info.
  4. Send us your roster
  5. 1/2 down is required to start the order process, Balance is due before we ship your order to you.
  6. PLAY BALL!!!!

Are there minimum quantities for custom orders?

No minimums for custom Sublimated products. Screen printed items require a minimum of 12pcs (ex. 6 tees & 6 hoodies get you to 12pcs.)
